Kurdistan Minister of Justice sues Parliament Speaker ,Mohammed al-Halbousi

Shafaq News/The Minister of Justice in Kurdistan Regional Government filed a lawsuit against the speaker of the Iraqi parliament ,Mohammed al-Halbousi.

Shafaq News obtained documents related to the full lawsuit, where it focused on the law of provincial councils as approved , where the Minister of Justice of Kurdistan explained its contradiction with the provisions of the Iraqi Constitution.
