Kurdistan commemorates the incident of the 1st of February

Shafaq News / Kurdistan marked the 16th anniversary of the February 1 incident on Saturday, which occurred on the first day of Eid al-Adha, when "terrorists" targeted by suicide bombings in Erbil, Kurdistan Democratic Party and the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan.
On Saturday, a ceremony was held to revive the accident, in the presence of the Prime Minister of Kurdistan Regional Government, Masrour Barzani and a large number of government and party officials in Sami Abdul Rahman Park in Erbil city.
At the time, the accident killed 103 officials and civilians and injured 250 others.
