Security operation starts southwest of Mosul

Shafaq News/ On Wednesday, the Popular Mobilization Forces launched a security operation to attack ISIS members on Jazerra al-Hadar, southwest of Mosul, the capital of Nineveh province in northern Iraq.
An official security source said that the 44th Brigade, with the support of security forces, had launched a "major" security operation to hunt down ISIS remnants inside Jazerra al-Hadar.
It is noteworthy that the Islamic State launched two attacks during the past two days on the outskirts of Mosul city and has been confronted by Iraqi security forces.
