Salahuddin Council agrees to dismiss "al-Fahel"

The source told “Shafaq News" that “ the council voted unanimously to dismiss Jawhar al-Fahel after submitting a formal request to leave his position because of his illness”.

"al-Fahel was present for the hearing, which was held today for the purpose of interrogation,” the source added.

This is the second dismissal that happens to al-Fahel after Salahuddin Council voted to dismiss him in 2012 but did not apply that decision at the time.
