The chairman of the coalition MP , Khalid al-Attiyah hold in a news conference at Parliament today , in the presence of the bloc’s MPs attended by " Shafaq News “The Presidency of the parliament the responsibility of delaying the reading on the budget and consolidated public retirement law for not including them on the agenda of today's meeting.

"The delay in approving the budget and the General Retirement Law is due to the presidency of the Council , as blocs boycotted the meetings are Kurdistan Alliance and Motahedoun (united )coalition and urged the two blocs to return to attend the meetings of the Council for the purpose of reading the budget and give notes after reading it,” he added.

Kurdistan Alliance refuses to vote on the budget for 2014 for not including the benefits of oil companies operating in the region and not including the cumulative benefits of Peshmerga forces that have not been paid by the government for the past seven years, amounting to 7 trillion dinars .

Al-Attiyah said that "the insistence of the blocs on delaying the budget and public pension affect its approval , and consequently affect the interest of the country and the people."

State of Law bloc of Prime Minister , Nuri al-Maliki hold on Thursday, the Presidency of the parliament the responsibility for not passing the law of the budget and public pension .
