Anbar elections candidates rely on two ways to deliver their programs electoral
Dulaimi told “Shafaq News “ , that " because of the difficult security situation in some areas of Anbar province, it has became difficult to make election campaigns in the streets , and we adopted the first two ways through the means of communication to connect with voters .”
“The second way , which was used by the candidate is being directing to voters who fled to 11 Iraqi provinces by the security operations to be able to explain the electoral programs for candidates ,” al-Dulaimi added.
While the Independent High Electoral Commission said that all displaced people from Anbar province to the rest of the provinces were preparing for a own data for their participation in the electoral process .
Fallujah city has been subjected for nearly three months to control elements of " Daash " organization on all the city’s neighborhoods while the sporadic clashes took place between elements of " Daash " and Iraqi army forces that imposed a security cordon around the city.
