America equips Iraq with 100 " Hellfire " missiles and thousands of ammunition and guns.

The embassy said in a statement obtained by " Shafaq News " , that the United States has handed over earlier this month about a hundred rockets of ( Hellfire ) type with hundreds of thousands of rounds of ammunition .

The statement said that delivering this arms shipment took place after conducting an important assessment for Iraq’s needs of weapons conducted by security experts from Iraq and the United States .

He noted that the United States looks forward to work closely with the leaders and military commanders in Iraq in order to identify and meet the essential needs of other additional equipment during the coming weeks .

It is worth mentioning that Washington handed Iraq since mid of last January huge shipment of shots and machine guns , rifles and grenades.
