Shafaq News / The Security Media Cell revealed, on Friday, the arrest of 31 people, all of them Syrians, who were about to cross into Iraq from Syria, while noting that they found in their possession 140 boxes of TNT sticks.
The cell said in a statement received by Shafaq News Agency, " according to accurate intelligence, the security forces ( the second regiment in the 66th Brigade in the Iraqi army ) arrested 31 people. All of them hold the Syrian nationality while crossing the border from the Al-Raqqah area to Iraqi territory. "
The cell added, "the Iraqi army seized 140 boxes of TNT sticks, and other flammable materials”.
