Intelligence services arrest two ISIS members

Shafaq News / On Saturday, the intelligence services of the Ministry of Interior announced that they had arrested two wanted persons in accordance with the provisions of Article 4 / terrorism for their affiliation with ISIS.

 The intelligence said in a statement today that "the two terrorists are  commanders in the so-called Ramadi district, Al-Anbar governorate, under the nicknames of Abu Izz al-Din and Abu Mahmoud, and they participated in several terrorist operations against security forces and citizens during the terrorist ISIS control on Al-Anbar at the time."

 It also stated, "Through preliminary investigations, they admitted their intention to carry out terrorist operations inside the governorate after they had fled to one of the neighboring countries during the liberation operations,” adding that they were referred to the judiciary to be tried."
