69% of voter's card distributed to Peshmarga and Security elements in Kirkuk

An official in the Media department in the office , Abdel Basset Darwish told “Shafaq News " , that the office has so far distributed 24696 electronic voters card to the Iraqi army , local police and Peshmarga out of 35696 cards .

Darwish added that mobile teams have been allocated to distribute electronic cards, pointing to the allocation of " Sarkane " center in Qarahanjir sub-district to distribute cards to Peshmaraga forces .

He pointed out that local police can received their cards in one of the centers allocated to them while members of the military receive their cards in the headquarters of the brigades and fixedunits.

He added that there was a large turnout at distribution centers , it is likely to distribute all the cards during the next few days .

Darwish also pointed out that the ratio of the distribution of voting cards of reached 73% , indicating that the turnout is continuous on distribution centers .

It is scheduled for the Iraqi parliamentary elections to take place in 30 of next April in all parts of Iraq that coincide with the provincial and districts councils’ elections of Kurdistan .
