Basrah crudes drop with global downturn

Iraq’s Basrah crude edged lower on Wednesday, tracking a global decline in oil markets.
Basrah Heavy crude fell by 1.02% to $64.02 per barrel, while Basrah Medium dropped by 0.99% to $65.87 per barrel.
Brent crude futures fell 6 cents, or 0.1%, to $64.38 a barrel. West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude futures dropped 10 cents, or 0.17%, to $60.46.
