Basrah crudes drop with global downturn

Iraq’s Basrah crude edged lower on Wednesday, tracking a global decline in oil markets.
Basrah Heavy crude fell by 0.40% to $62.01 per barrel, while Basrah Medium dropped by 0.39% to $63.86 per barrel.
Brent crude futures slipped 8 cents, or 0.12%, to $65.08 a barrel. US West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude was down 7 cents, or 0.11%, to $60.97.
