Shafaq News/ The Kurdish leader, Massoud Barzani, met today with Muhammad Tawfiq Allawi, the former designated candidate for the position of Prime Minister.
A statement by Barzani's headquarters said that the meeting discussed the political situation and the upcoming elections in Iraq, exchanged views on the challenges facing the political process and how to overcome them, as well as coordination between the political parties and all Iraqi components.
