Turkey recommends its citizens not to travel to Iraq

Shafaq News / The Turkish embassy in Baghdad recommended its citizens on Wednesday not to travel to Iraq after recording Corona virus cases in this country.

A statement issued by the embassy today strongly recommended that Turkish citizens do not travel to the regions of Iraq with Corona infections, unless travel is mandatory.

The statement urged the Turks to stay away from areas that witness a dense population if they travelled to Iraq, calling for communication with the consulates and the embassy headquarters in Baghdad, and the consulate in Erbil in the event of any emergency.
