Three possible reasons for the senior advisor the fall of the Iranian regime

Shafaq News / Abdul Reza Davari, the senior advisor of former Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, revealed new secrets about the period between 2009 and 2013 when Ahmadinejad was the President.

Davari said in an interview with the moderate asriran Newspaper that Ahmadinejad and the people close to him have highlighted three possible reasons for the fall of the Iranian regime.

The first reason was the death of Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei; therefore the Supreme Leader's health was always followed up by Mr. Ahmadinejad's private talks. He said.

The second reason could be an American invasion to Iran. “I followed up the scenarios of the possible attack, it was said if the United States attacked and destroyed the infrastructure, cutting off water and electricity, this would be the starting point for the collapse of the Islamic Republic.” He said.

On the third possible reason, the senior advisor said, “One of the news that I kept my eyes on was the stock market. The stock market crash, could cause social discontent and push people on the streets.”
