New details to be revealed about Shilan’s massacre
Shafaq News / The Kurdistan Counter-Terrorism service announced, on Wednesday, that it had access to information about the massacre carried out against a Kurdish family in the capital, Baghdad.
A brief statement received by Shafaq News agency, "The security institutions of the Kurdistan Region were able to reach good results regarding the Kurdish family that was killed last night in Baghdad, and it will be announced soon."
A security source told Shafaq News Agency that a force from the Iraqi Intelligence, in cooperation with the counter-terrorism forces in Kurdistan Region, arrested the perpetrator of the massacre, and the details of the operation will be announced later.
Yesterday, Tuesday, unidentified gunmen killed the pharmacist, Dr. Shilan Dara Raouf, and her parents in their house in the Mansour district, Baghdad.
Shilan, 20, is a medic for the wounded in the protests in the capital, Baghdad, and she also works in the Department of Cancer in the Medical City.
