Civil Defense battles fire at Iraq oil field

A fire broke out on Friday inside the Al-Ahdab oil field in Wasit province, eastern Iraq, a source told Shafaq News.
Civil Defense crews moved to contain the blaze and prevent it from spreading to other facilities within the oil field.
No casualties had been reported at the time of publication, and the cause of the fire remains unknown.
