"

Hundreds of militants from ISIS organization are besieging Amiriyat al-Fallujah town, 20 km to the west of the trench and adjacent to the administrative borders of Karbala. as gunmen have also a strong presence in the desert of the town.

Some of Iraq's population fear that digging the trench would be a temporarily security fortified, but a new way of expelling them from areas in central Iraq under sectarian addresses.

But Mayali denied this and said, "This area is a desert area where there are no people and no palm plantations .. There are a lot of liars who say that Karbala is separating themselves from Anbar province, on the basis of identity and not allowing people to enter."

First Deputy Chairman of Karbala provincial Council , Jassim al-Fatlawi said "it is not the perfect solution, but this is what exists now. The tribal leaders and officials deny that digging the trench is designed to reshape the composition of the population.

ISIS organization has entered cities of Fallujah and Ramadi in Anbar province, then expanded to control large tracts of land to maintain its momentum during last summer across the Syrian border.
