Israel carried out a series of airstrikes on several towns in south Lebanon, local media outlets reported on Friday.

Two strikes targeted the Ali al-Taher heights and the outskirts of Kfarreman, while two others struck al-Deir neighborhood in Nabatieh al-Fawqa and another reached al-Dabsha area. There were no immediate reports of casualties, and the extent of the damage remained unclear.

Unconfirmed reports indicated that concussion missiles were used. No official information was immediately available on the type of munitions involved.

The latest strikes followed an earlier wave of Israeli fire on Friday. Israeli artillery shelled the outskirts of Mayfadoun, while warplanes carried out a strike on the Doha area of Kfarreman and the Ali al-Taher heights. In the Tyre district, an Israeli airstrike hit the town of al-Mansouri.
