The international coalition renews its position supporting Peshmerga and warns of ISIS seeking to organize its ranks in Iraq

Shafaq News/ The head of Kurdistan Regional Government, Masrour Barzani met on Saturday the commander of the international coalition forces in Iraq and Syria, Robert White.

In the meeting attended by U.S. Consul General in Erbil, Steven Fagin, the latest developments in the Iraqi arena and the region in general were highlighted.

A government statement said that it has been confirmed that U.S. will continue to support Kurdistan region, especially Peshmerga forces in facing   the re-emergence of ISIS, which is seeking to reorganize in some areas of Iraq, which has become a serious threat to the lives of the population.
