KRG announces receiving about 1000 refugees from Syria

Shafaq News/ Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) announced on Wednesday the high rate of Syrian refugees heading to the region as a result of military operations launched by Turkish forces.
The government said in a statement today that the number of Syrian refugees to Kurdistan region is increasing steadily, adding that last night 472 refugees arrived from Syria to Kurdistan.
The total number of refugees reached 930 over the past three days, the statement added.
