Finance Ministry of Kurdistan temporarily suspends the distribution of salaries

Shafaq News/ According to the schedule of salary distribution to employees and workers in departments and institutions in the government of Kurdistan region, salaries will not be distributed on Thursday until next week.

So far, employees of the public sector in the region have not received the salary last August.

The payment of salaries for August stopped at a time when the fate of three salaries for this year is still unknown.

The KRG's finance and economy minister issued a clarification on Wednesday on the salaries of the region's employees.

Awat Janab Noori said in a statement that the federal government did not send salaries of the first three months of last year 2018 to the region.
