Erbil resolves entry order to its territory

Shafaq News / The local government in Erbil governorate confirmed on Monday that no person is allowed to enter its territory without the approval of the Ministry of Interior of Kurdistan Region and have a permit from the latter.

"We call to take the decisions seriously because without them, no one will be allowed to enter," the governorate's media office said in a statement today.

With regard to those people who filled out the form of family reunion to enter the province, the statement stressed that they will undergo laboratory tests for Corona virus and then enter Erbil.

The Ministry of Interior had recently launched an electronic system through which licenses are granted to those wishing to move between the districts, sub-districts and provinces of Kurdistan Region.
