Erbil governorate imposes quarantine on a village after recording Corona infection

Shafaq News / The Department of Health in Erbil governorate imposed a quarantine on Monday on a village that witnessed an infection with   Corona virus.

Shafaq News reporter said that health department quarantined Sinkilani village in Sidkan sub-district, Soran district in Erbil under after a Corona infection appeared in it.

This comes at a time when the governorate recorded 41 cases of infections, according to what the Ministry of Health announced earlier.

Kurdistan Minister of Health, Saman Al-Barzanji, warned on Monday of the imminent danger in the region due to the spread of Corona virus.

The minister said in a statement published on social media today, that "  Kurdistan Region is facing a grave danger and a humanitarian catastrophe."
