Covid-19 Update: Kurdistan records 74 new cases in 24 hours

Shafaq News / 74 new cases of Covid-19 have been recorded within the past 24 hours, the Ministry of Health of Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) reported on Saturday

“We have conducted 1152 laboratory tests during the past 24 hours in Kurdistan Region, noting that one death and 74 new active cases were recorded, with 4 patients having recovered completely,” KRG Ministry of Health said in a statement received by Shafaq News Agency.

The Ministry announced also that it has registered 4 new cases of Covid-19 in Raprin independent district.

According to the ministry’s statement, the number of people infected with the new Coronavirus (Covid-19), since the outbreak of the pandemic in the region, has now reached 1089, including 19 deaths, with 448 identical cases recovering fully, while 622 are still under medical care.
