Asaish frees three kidnapped people locked in a small tunnel in a disputed area

Shafaq News / Asaish security forces managed to free three people who were kidnapped and held in a remote area between Kifri and Tuz Khurmato districts.
Asaish forces found the kidnapped people yesterday, and they were being held in a narrow tunnel between Dawda and Zangana.
According to the received information, the two kidnapped are residents from Erbil governorate, one of whom is from the Kurdish nationality and the other from the Arab nationalism.
The three kidnapped people are still with Asaish and it has not been clear who is responsible for the kidnapping.
After the events of October 16, 2017, Dawda region witnessed a security vacuum, it became a focus for ISIS armed groups due to the absence of official forces in it.
