Arrest warrant issued against Shaswar Abdul Wahid

Shafaq News / The judiciary in Sulaymaniyah issued on Thursday, an arrest warrant against the head of the "new generation" movement, Shaswar Abdul Wahid.

Sulaymaniyah police informed Shafaq News that the arrest warrant came on the background of a complaint from Sulaymaniyah's health department.

The leader of the new generation movement, Shaswar Abdul Wahid, had written on social media, saying that "there is no corona in Kurdistan Region and the region's government is taking this matter as an excuse to impose   quarantine without providing the reason.

On Monday, the health spokesman of Sulaimaniyah Health Directorate, Dr. Yad Naqshbandi, called those who deny the existence of Corona to visit the quarantine center in the province.

In a tweet, Naqshbandi said, "Those who deny the existence of Corona must visit Corona center in Sarchenar."

He added, "If you are brave and confident of what you say Shaswar Abdel Wahid, then you and your family, without precautionary measures, come and visit Sarchenar Center and shook hands with the patients there and gave each of them a bouquet of flowers to know whether there is a corona or not?
