Zebari commends Pope Francis's visit to Erbil

Shafaq News / The former Iraqi Minister of Finance and leader in the Kurdistan Democratic Party, Hoshyar Zebari, commended Pope Francis's visit to Erbil, praising the presence of the Special Representative of the Secretary-General for the United Nations Assistance Mission for Iraq, Jeanine Hennis-Plasschaert.
Zebari said in a tweet, "A great and a wonderful day in Erbil and Kurdistan to welcome Pope Francis and attend the Holy Mass. The UNSRG in Iraq Jeanine Plasschaert was there too and looked so elegant and ready for this historic occasion."
