US aid of 2.5 million $ for the displaced Christians in Kurdistan

Shafaq News / USA provided 2.5 million dollars as financial aid to displaced Christians in the Kurdistan Region.
The US Consul General in the region, Rob Waller, and Bishop Bashar of the "Saint Joseph" signed today an agreement in the predominantly Christian town of Ankawa, Erbil.
According to the signed agreement, USA provides 2.5 million dollars to the displaced Christians who left their homes and properties due to the attacks and threats they were exposed to by terrorist groups.
The US financial aid includes the education and health sectors.
