Turkey targets the Kurdish mountains

Shafaq News / On Tuesday, Turkish aircrafts launched strikes targeting heights and the summit of the highest mountain in Kurdistan. 

Eyewitnesses told Shafaq News agency that Turkey bombed today before noon the zain heights, Boli village and the summit of Mount Halgurd."

The witnesses indicated that the bombing caused fires in the mountains, and caused panic among the villagers.

Witnesses also said that Turkish helicopters bombed Mount Zararan and the outskirts of the Soran and Khulifan villages.

So far, no further information are announced.
