President Barzani, al-Azm chief align on cabinet and arms monopoly

Kurdistan Region President Nechirvan Barzani and al-Azm Alliance head Muthanna al-Samarrai pressed for Iraqi cabinet completion, weapons exclusively under state control, and dialogue to resolve outstanding Erbil-Baghdad disputes.
During a meeting in Iraq, both sides called for broader political coordination among Iraqi parties “in the national interest.”
