Kurdistan inaugurates a COVID-19 medical laboratory on a border crossing with Turkey
Shafaq News / Ibrahim Al-Khalil border crossing inaugurated, on Tuesday, a COVID-19 medical laboratory, to examine travelers and truck drivers who cross the border crossing to and from Turkey.
The Kurdish Minister of Health, Saman Al-Barzanji, stated during his visit to Zakho district, that the laboratory was designated by Duhok Health Directorate, and all technical measures were taken.
Regarding the epidemiological situation in Kurdistan Region, Al-Barzanji said that COVID-19 continues to spread, and the number of cases and fatalities is increasing. Undoubtedly, the matter requires strict measures at the level of the government and citizens. Everyone is responsible for maintaining his safety and the safety of others.
