Kurdistan Parliament to host the minister of Labour

Shafaq News / The Speaker of Kurdistan Regional Parliament, Rewaz Fayaq, announced on Tuesday that the parliament will host the Minister of Labour and Social Affairs, Kwestan Muhammad, to discuss prison and reformatories conditions in the region.
Fayaq said in a speech during the current session that the regional government agreed to host the minister in parliament, indicating that the minister will attend the session scheduled for tomorrow, Wednesday.
Recently, prisons and reformatories in Kurdistan Region has witnessed strikes to protest the failure to activate the general amnesty law in light of the outbreak of the COVID-19.
