Erbil's car blast was caused by an explosive device: CTS

Shafaq News/ Kurdistan's Counter-Terrorism Service (CTS) said that the car explosion that took place in the capital city of the region, Erbil, earlier today, Friday, was caused by a sticky explosive device attached to the vehicle.
The agency said that the blast killed the driver and injured four passengers, two women and two children, according to the agency.
