Shafaq News/ Storms and floods in Erbil reached Altun Kupri town in Kirkuk.
The water blocked Altun Kupri- Al-Debs road and reached residential neighborhoods.
The floods in Erbil caused eight deaths, resulted in great material damage, and blocked main roads.
