COVID-19: 309 new cases in Kurdistan today

Shafaq News / The Ministry of Health of Kurdistan Regional Government registered, on Wednesday, that 13 fatalities and 309 new cases of COVID-19, while 115 patients achieved full recovery in the past 24 hours.

In a statement received by Shafaq News agency, the ministry said that the newly diagnosed cases were distributed as follows: 

Erbil 177

57 Al-Sulaymaniyah

24 Garmyan

22 Raperin

15 in Duhok

Halabja 14

The statement indicated that the cases of recovery were distributed as follows: 

27 Garmyan

10 Halabja

6 Duhok

While mortality cases were registered as follows:

6 Erbil

5 Al-Sulaymaniyah

2 Garmyan

The total number of confirmed cases registered since the beginning of the outbreak reached 13246, while the total number of recoveries became 8896. The death toll is 517.
