COVID-19: 24 fatalities 591 new cases in Kurdistan today

Shafaq News / The Ministry of Health in the Kurdistan region registered on Thursday 24 fatalities 591 new cases and 461 recoveries of COVID-19 in the past 24 hours.

The ministry said in a statement that the newly diagnosed cases were distributed as follows: 194 Erbil, 87 Al-Sulaymaniyah, 28 Garmyan, 259 Duhok, 23 Halabja.

461 patients achieved full recovery, and were distributed as follows: 225 Erbil, 18 Al-Sulaymaniyah, 31 Garmyan, 157 Duhok, 30 Halabja.

While mortalities amounted to 24, and were distributed as follows:  8 Erbil, 3 Al-Sulaymaniyah, 3 Garmyan, 1 Raperin, 8 Duhok, 1 Halabja.

The total number of positive cases rose to 34821, 22017of them achieved full recovery, while the deaths toll stood at 1289, since the outbreak of the virus.
