Barzani congratulates the Kuwait’s New Emir

Shafaq News / Iraqi Kurdish leader Masoud Barzani spoke today Wednesday to the Kuwait’s Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah congratulating him on his new office as the New Emir.
Barzani wished Kuwait’s new Emir Success and highly valued the friendship between the two countries. A statement by Barzani’s office said.
