and disputes between them has evolved into verbal altercations between Speaker of the parliament Osama al-Nujaifi and a member of the State of Law coalition led by Prime Minister ,Nuri al-Maliki.

The source told “Shafaq News", that “State of law coalition demanded to include the budget on today's agenda and in return Motahedoun bloc demanded to include the Protection of the commissioners Act as a dispute took place on which one to be included first , noting that a dispute evolved to occur altercation between Nujaifi and member of the State of law , Yassin Majeed .

He said then State of law coalition withdraw and the rest of the parliamentary blocs , pointing to the occurrence of a second altercation between Majeed and an MP for Kurdistan Alliance , Preezad Shaaban inside the " cafeteria " of the parliament .

He noted that the heads of parliamentary blocs Khalid al-Attiyah from State of law coalition , Fuad Masum from Kurdistan Alliance , Bayan Jabr from Mwaten bloc, Salman al-Jumaili from Motahedoun and Mushreq Naji from Ahrar bloc are holding a session now to solve the situation.

The Parliament has postponed its session last Sunday to today for lack of quorum for the number of present members, which was scheduled to discuss the draft budget .
