Video: Warning sirens sounded from an American oil company site after being a targeted in Iraq
Shafaq News / A security source said on Monday that the American oil company Halliburton in Basra Governorate, southern Iraq, was subjected to a missile attack.
The source told Shafaq News, that approximately 4-5 rockets targeted the company’s headquarters in Al-Barjasia, causing slight material damage.
He added that one of the rockets fell near Eshreen oil well between Safwan district and al- Zubair district.
The source indicated that the American workers left the company and only Iraqis are present there now.
