Shafaq News / An informed source revealed on Saturday, the details of what happened in the Al-Sinak Garage, in the capital, Baghdad, pointing to the fact that Hezbollah Brigades stood behind the live and Molotov bullets attack on the demonstrators.

The source pointed out that "the followers of the red uncle arrived yesterday at the (Mount of Martyrs) Building and attacked the protesters stationed there with live bullets, then withdrew to the rest of the areas and opened their medium and heavy machine guns."

The source pointed out that "this procedure was preceded by a circular by the commanders of the Brigades to withdraw the weapons from whom he wanted to stay," adding that "after two hours of the massacre, in his tweet on Twitter, the Secretary-General of Asaib al-Haqq ,Qais Khazali rejected this armed clash."

On Friday, security and medical sources said that the outcome of the attack that targeted the demonstrators near Tahrir Square, in the center of the capital, was 12 killed and 45 people wounded.

Masked gunmen opened fire from four civilian wheels with no registration plates, targeting the protesters in the parking garage in the Al-Sinak area making the protesters withdraw to Al-Khulani Square and then to Tahrir Square.
