Tayfur demands next parliament to establish a confederation system in Iraq

Tayfur said in a statement reported for " Shafaq News " , that this system is a natural right of the Kurdish people , who have suffered for decades from totalitarian of previous regimes since the founding of the Iraqi state , stressing that after 2003 nothing changed and problems remained unsolved between Baghdad and Erbil .

He added that there is a real need to change the political practices on the scene , calling on the next parliament to work within existing data on the ground .

He explained that the Kurds do not want to repeat the mistakes of the past and end the risk of autocracy in managing the country because it inevitably leads to the creation of dictatorial regimes .

Tayfur explained that Confederate ( Federation independence Confederation State) establishes the foundations of democracy and prevent crises and draw the border between the regions while retaining national identity and privacy historical segments and all components in the community , noting that it can encircle the problems that arise between governments .

He believed that the application of the Confederacy in Iraq is " very important " because it permanent union of the sovereign states and joint action between governments within a single country within the international treaties and the adoption of the Constitution of the common currency, common , install the border and resolve differences commensurate with the will of the people away from the hierarchy of power and its dominance .

He stressed that the Confederacy does not give room for divisions , indicating that it encourages the development , construction , repair of state and creates various constituents among the citizens a sense of belonging and stability .
