Summon orders issued against a former minister and governor in Iraq
Shafaq News/ The Court of Integrity in Salah al-Din announced the issuance of summon orders against the former Minister of Science and Technology and the former governor of Salah al-Din to investigate suspicions of corruption.
The Information Center of the Supreme Judicial Council mentioned that "the Court of Inquiry Salah al-Din specialized in issues of integrity issued a summon order against the former Minister of Science and Technology based on the provisions of Article 331 of the Iraqi Penal Code."
It added that "the court issued another order to summon the former governor of Salah al-Din in accordance with the provisions of the same article," pointing out that "other orders have been taken against Samarra administrative manager and six employees”.
