Saudi prince donates 100 000 dollars to Anbar people in response for Nujaifi’s appeal

“This donation came in response to the appeal launched by the Iraqi Parliament Speaker , Osama al-Nujaifi , providing support and supplies and necessary assistance to the people of the province , due to the conditions in Al-Anbar,” AGFUND Web site announced in news , briefed by “Shafaq News”.

“This donation comes as an extension of the role of" AGFUND " and its humanity positions in alleviating the suffering of the afflicted ," explaining that this donation will be presented in coordination with the Office of Nujaifi,” the website added.

The Independent Higher Commissioner for Human Rights in Iraq called on Monday, international organizations to provide assistance to the displaced families from Anbar due to the ongoing military operations.

Dozens of families have been displaced from the cities of Anbar to other provinces due to the insecurity and the deterioration of the service fact and the lack of living requirements of food and medicine.
