, No. 3 of 2003 , claiming to include it within the work program of the parliament sessions for next the period.

The memorandum , in which " Shafaq News " , got a copy of it and was presented to the Presidency of the Parliament mentioned that a legal number of members of Kurdistan Parliament have signed a memorandum and presented a bill ( to end working with Act No. 3 of 2006 in Kurdistan region ) , claiming the presidency of parliament to include it within the next meetings for discussion and appropriate decision .

On the reasons for the bill that the law was issued in the beginning to be worked with for two years and then extended it three times and every time for two years , pointing out that at the present time , there are no arguments for the extension of the law for receiving sanctions to the charges contained in the law in the Iraqi Sanctions law.

It is noted that according to the rules of procedure of the Parliament , 10 members of parliament have the right to present a bill for the presidency of the parliament to be incorporated into the program of meetings , discussed , voted and approved on .
