Shafaq News/ Al-Nahaj National Bloc parliamentary confirmed on Sunday, the existence of a "disaster" taken by successive Iraqi governments, leading to burn corruption files.

MP of the bloc, Hussein al-Oqabi told Shafaq News that "in order to count an objective, constructive and transparent budget, we must review the final accounts of the past year, but in the past nine years, these final accounts did not reach the Parliament, and if these accounts arrive, they arrive of about seven years which is disastrous. "

Al-Oqabi noted that "this issue and the failure to present the final accounts in a timely and correct manner is a cover for corruption, and give them a justification for burning their corruption files through the factor of time ," pointing out that "these measures have occurred throughout the previous Iraqi governments, as well as the current one."
