Obama informs Congress: America will send about 275 military personal to Iraq

and protection for American citizens and Washington embassy in   Baghdad after the militants took control on north of the country.

Obama said in a letter to lawmakers seen by "Shafaq News", that “ It will send troops to protect  American citizens and property of American, if necessary as it is equipped for combat."

He said that "this force will remain in Iraq until the security situation improves and there is no need to it."

The president said that he notified Congress under the War Powers Resolution.
