, referring to the numerous deaths and injuries among the security forces because of those plans.

Nujaifi wrote on his social networking page , followed by "Shafaq News", that “ two incidents of Ghazil and al-Hather villages in Nineveh claimed dozens of dead and wounded among the ranks of the security forces after they "fought valiantly and no one helped them," adding, "We have sent them out there without a support plan if they needed it”.

He expressed surprise that there were no "officers" among the dead and wounded, wondering, "When does the General Command of the Armed Forces know its officers mistakes?".

Dozens of militants have been able to control al-Hather district in the 16th of this month, despite the presence of more than 400 police elements most of them from Hather residents.

The majority of police officers left their positions when they received news about the arrival of the gunmen to the district center, while police remained outside the district alone on the battlefield, which led to the death of 13 policemen including a lieutenant who was slain.
