He pointed out that "the manager of the Iraqi Tasfirat prison, Murtatha al-Waeli refuses the entry of drugs to prisoners since weeks ago, as the Saudis are demanding to activate the exchange of prisoners agreement quickly between the Kingdom and Iraq, where many of them are suffering from diseases and their health is very bad ."

It is noteworthy that al-Riyadh and Baghdad have signed last year an agreement of exchanging sentenced prisoners between the two countries, but they have not been implemented until now.
