Newly- appointed Defense Minister brings back a former spokesman to Ministry

Shafaq News / A source at the Ministry of Defense said on Saturday that Minister Jumaa Anad has issued an order to return Brigadier, Yahya Rasoul al-Zubaidi to his previous position.

“Anad decided to return Rasul as director of the Ministry of Defense's media and spokesperson,” The source told Shafaq News.

The former minister, Najah al-Shammari had issued an order to dismiss Brigadier Yahya Rasul from his position as director of the Media and Moral Guidance Department at the Iraqi Ministry of Defense and its spokesperson  and transferred him to the Veterans Affairs Department appointing Qasim Atta as his replacement back then.
